Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What is Eden Complete?

A: Eden Complete is our version of what healthcare should look like: unlimited access to your primary care provider without copays.

You will establish with a primary care provider who will perform a full assessment as well as order any diagnostic testing to provide a comprehensive medical exam. You will receive personalized attention and support for all of your medical and pharmacy needs from a personal care coordinator. You will receive the best prices on all your medication as well as same-day medication delivery locally. A holistic approach to your care.

Q: Can I sign up if I currently have health insurance?

A: Yes, all of our plans work with and without health insurance. No copays are required for seeing the provider.

Q: How long is the wait for an appointment?

A: We are generally able to connect with new patients same day through a phone call or video visit. If you wake up not feeling well, you can talk to a provider and have meds delivered to you within the same day of reaching out.

Q: Is there a limit to how many times I am able to see/contact my provider per month?

A: Not really. Our providers are able to focus more on patient care and less on regulatory requirements due to our monthly plan. This allows us to take care of the patient in the way that best meets their needs. If a patient has multiple medical needs arise in one month, then we will do our best to take care of them.

Q: How many of the $1 Eden List medications am I able to get a month? Is there a limit to how many I can receive?

A: We will try our best to provide patients with access to affordable medication to treat their medical conditions. With a valid prescription, all of the medications on the list will be available up to 4 tablets per day for $1 per 28 days. This is subject to availability of the medication and professional & clinical discretion of the provider. However, if you take 5 medications that are all on the list chronically, you can expect to pay $5 per month for all of your medications going forward.

Q: My insurance says that I can only see doctors and pharmacies that are "in-network". Does that mean I cannot use Eden Healthcare?

A: Our plan is the same price for everyone whether in or out of network. You are able to utilize our services either way for the same price.

Q: What is the difference between the Eden Complete and the Eden Basic plan?

A: The Eden Basic plan includes same-day prescription delivery and a personal care coordinator. The Eden Complete plan includes all of the Eden Basic benefits as well as access to a primary care provider without copays.

Q: Is there a limit on how far a prescription will be delivered?

A: Our goal is to provide same-day delivery services to the entire Rogue Valley. The typical delivery range is about 10 miles from Medford which includes Phoenix, Talent, Jacksonville, White City, Central Point, and most of Ashland. There may be an additional fee per mile if your residence is located outside of our typical delivery range. These locations include Eagle Point, Gold Hill, Rogue River, and Grants Pass. There are circumstances that may prevent us from being able to deliver (unpaved driveway, etc...), so please feel free to contact us regarding your situation and we can talk through the possible options.
